Camp is a great place to be a volunteer! If you're 18 or older and are interested in helping out at camp give us a call. Volunteers under 17 must be part of a group or organization and must be accompanied by adults. (650) 747-1200   info@campjonesgulch.org

 

Announcing our 2007 Adult Volunteer of the Year  David Le Blanc; whose assistance in the office, maintenance, food service, and gardening have helped to make Camp Jones Gulch a more beautiful camp.

Our 2007 Youth Volunteer of the Year is Jamie Catlin. Jamie served as a Junior Counselor volunteer for two summers and has assisted camp during our special events throughout the year. Thanks Jamie for your great work with campers, willingness to help others, and your love for camp.

 

Travel Camp Volunteers: Help lead a group of teens an an outdoor adventure in the

beautiful outdoor setting of Yosemite.

 

Internships: We have nine, twelve and sixteen week internships. Enjoy a great opportunity

to learn about the non-profit camping industry.

 

Work Projects: Trail maintenance, carpentry, gardening and more!

 Internships 

We host 9, 12 and 15 week internships at Camp Jones Gulch in the summer and fall seasons. We provide on-site housing, meals when groups are in-house and an educational experience centered around recreation, marketing, human resources, finance and non-profit fundraising.

All interns must be with an accredited university, college or tech school. Please fill out the
